Orange Chicken

This is one of my family's most favorite chicken recipe.

Ingredients:
6-7 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope of onion soup mix
1 stick butter
1 stack Ritz Crackers
1 cup orange juice

Preparation:
~ Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
~ Spray a 9 X 13 Pyrex, set aside.
~ Melt butter, set aside.
~ Crush crackers, and mix with the onion soup mix. Mix cracker mixture with melted butter.
~ Top chicken breasts with cracker mix.
~ Pour orange juice all around chicken, making sure that goes all around pan and not on top of the breasts. Bake until golden brown. Enjoy it!

About Blog Comments!

How about this, as an entry tittle today?

I am taking another big step with my blog. From now on, until ????? I will no longer allow comments to be posted here, let me explain to you why?

Don't take me wrong, I love comments! I am yet to meet a blogger who says they don't like comments. I don't have the time to comment on other blogs as I used to. I have always felt guilty about receiving comments and commenting. If someone gives me comments, I feel it's my responsibility to return the kind gesture. (Blogland etiquette) I believe it's very unkind and selfish of me to want and expect comments from others when I don't have the time to give them.
I still read your blogs out of my "Reader". I have enjoyed very much reading all of the new and exciting things which are happening in blogland. "Once a blogger, always a blogger" :D I can always pop an e-mail to you as a comment ;)

If you would like to express a thought with me concerning a post, just send me an e-mail. I know of some bloggers who don't allow comments, but make an e-mail available for such. Sorry, but I will not make my personal e-mail available to the public. I know I have many readers from different feeds and this is a concern to me, to make my e-mail available worldwide.

May you feel totally blessed by Him, as we await for His triumphal return.

((((hugs))))
