I really don't think I could live on a deserted island all by my self, for I believe life would be rather lonely and sad without friends.  Friends are a gift from the Lord, He allows them to enter our lives to help shape and sharpen our character and spiritual walk. He also gives us friends when we need someone to lean on at difficult times and circumstances of life.

I have had a opportunity to actually meet another on-line friend.  I have known Diane for about a year or so now. We met over a Messianic chat forum and our friendship just kept on growing, just wonderful! She is a blessing to me! I did ask her permission to post this, thank you Diane, you are a trooper ;-)

Brazilian Ice Cream and Candy Shop

Today, I am taking you for a very special treat, a Brazilian Ice Cream shop at the Mall and while there let's go get some candy to take home ;)

This little shop was beautifully decorated and spotless. Very nice place to just sit and enjoy a delicious dish of ice cream with a friend.

I wish all of my pictures would have come out. My niece and nephew had the most colorful ice cream; can you just picture in your mind what their ice cream dishes looked like? Yes, you got it right, there was more topping than ice cream.

This is Premium Ice cream, so rich and delicious!!!! Yummy!

You choose the flavor you wish to have, then they hand you your dish, and you make your way to topping counter.  When you are done they weigh your dish, then you pay.

Toppings choices: Doce de leite (Caramel), chocolate, marshmallow cream, nuts, crushed cookies, sprinkles, assorted candy,  raisins, prunes and of course a cherry for the top.

 

These girls must keep the  ice cream well decorated and neat at all times. 

 

Ice cream flavors:
Graviola Cream, Caja, Pineapple, Passion Fruit, Caramelized Banana, Chocolate, Grape, Coconut, 
Raisin Cream, Mint Chocolate, Strawberry, Peach cream, Assorted Candy bar flavors.

Don't you just love the way they mix flavors and colors?

 

Grape Cream (center), Caramelized Banana (left), Coconut cream (right) Guava cream and Prunes on the very back. Yes, you read it correctly, prunes. Prunes, are not considered a medication with a negative thought to it, it's just like any other dried fruit and it's in many deserts. I love prune ice cream!!!!!!

 

Candy Shop 

Again a very clean and neat place.

The candy is sold by weight and by the unit.
