Flowers - Brazil

As I traveled to different places in Brazil, I often snapped pictures along the way. The flowers were just breath taking! Their vivid colors, shapes and scent so beautifully adorns life for the Brazilian people.  Some of my favorites are those that would hang over the walls.

What flavor is this???



With Thanksgiving right around the corner, I have to share this delicious recipe with you all.
I once was at a friend's house, she served this as a dessert, and none of us was able to tell what flavor this was…….........This recipe leaves one asking: “What flavor is this? Red Raspberry, Cherry, Berry mixture???? What type of cookie/cracker is in here????? Now, If you don't care for Cranberry Sauce, you might think twice before you say know NO to this recipe, give it a try.
Recipe can easily be doubled and it slices beautifully. Great on the budget too.
Enjoy it!

Cranberry Dessert

Ingredients

1 8 (oz) container of Cool Whip
1 can of Jellied Cranberry sauce (sliced very thin)
1 whole stack of Saltine crackers

 Preparation
~ Assemble in order given below. Make two layers of each ingredient finishing with Cool Whip on top of it. 
~ Cranberry sauce (Sliced very thin)
~ Crackers
~ Cool Whip
~ Let it sit in the refrigerator overnight before serving.

* To make this a prettier presentation, you can pipe some flowers and a border with the Cool Whip all around the edges.
